Yo folks. Our Friday circle met today and shared a long day of playing, eating, cuddling, music making, plant learning, and conflict resolving.

Liam and I had some quiet time in the early mornin' before the rest of our group arrived and they were interested in playin' round with the fiddle, so I took it on down and we practiced on gettin' better at bowing one string at a time. I think they got a better hang of it then me already.

Liam and Liam Thomas were purdy adamant about wanting to practice their conflict resolution skillz and they both worked together real hard to give us plenty of opportunities throughout the day. Good thing we got skillz, even on the moody days. Meanwhile, Lila was much more on my level and just wanted to cuddle, sit quiet, and get some luvin'. Lucio, Violet, Elliot, and Cora didn't want anything to do with anything other than their play. And they kept at it unless it was time to eat or sleep.

Our friend Maeve brought a very special book of memories to share with us and we sat and flipped through it together after lunch. After reading circle Lila and I worked together to get the babes off to dreamland. They cuddled while I practiced and nearly fell asleep right along with Elliot and Cora.

Back outside we went on a plant walk, learning a bit more about Mugwort and how to connect with, harvest, and dry the plant. We also got to snack on our front porch salad flowers and garden borage. We worked together to salvage the melon seeds from our afternoon snack and talked about what we will do with them once they be ready fer crafting.
