Portland Town Field Study : Children's Museum

Unschooling, in Portland Town on this very rainy day. Learning how to navigate the city on public transit, hopping around on Max trains. 

And, practicing our number recognition on the payphones while waiting on trains to come. Cuz what else could pay phones possiby be used for anymore other than a tool for unschooling learning. Thanks for another sweet day of unschooling play based, place based learning today! 

We adapted our usual Forest School Friday schedule in favor of a Portland Town Field Study to @portlandchildrensmuseum because the day was forcasted to be a miserable heavy rainy day, and it was. 

Thanks to all the things for our museum memberships. It makes these rainy days so much more fun in our unschooling world. Clay studio time, light tables, water play, and some very happy to be together witches n witchlets. And the museum's new play areas for the babes ages 0-3 is the bestest.
